Absolute Return Fund of Funds and Excelsior Buyout

Wilton, Community Nursery School of Wilton, and the

Jon Gold

Jon Gold is a partner at
Edgehill Partners a real estate private equity firm
founded in 2016 to invest in value add and opportunistic
commercial real estate and debt. Prior to Edgehill, he
was a principal at Goff Capital Partners where he
focused on portfolio and asset management of a $4
billion portfolio of CMBS and on the acquisition and
management of opportunistic real estate equity
investments. Mr. Gold spent 20 years at JPMorgan Chase
in the Credit Portfolio and Real Estate Investment
Banking Groups. While in Credit Portfolio, he held
various trading and portfolio management positions
serving to reduce the bank’s credit exposure through
credit derivatives, secondary loan trading and
management of a credit trading book. In the Real Estate
Investment Bank, Mr. Gold sold non-performing mortgage
loans, underwrote new loans, arranged real estate equity
and debt financing for bank clients and held various
appraisal/valuation roles. Mr. Gold is a graduate of
