Mr. Yerrall serves as RiverOak Investment Corps Chief
Investment Officer. He is in charge of sourcing and
analysis of investment opportunities and the execution
of investment and asset management strategies. He
started his career as an Acquisition Associate and
Assistant to the Chairman at First Winthrop Corporation
where he was introduced to Mr. DeNardo. Upon leaving
First Winthrop, Mr. Yerrall assumed the position of
President and majority owner of his familys residential
real estate business in western Massachusetts. In his
tenure, he tripled the size and revenue of the company
before selling the business. He later became President
of Pecoy Development Company, the leader in high-end
custom-built homes in the greater-Springfield, MA area.
Mr. Yerrall has a B.A. in economics from Amherst College
and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the Columbia
University Graduate School of Business.
Commonwealth Land Title Insurance
Sandra K. Fitzpatrick MCR is Sales
Manager for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Companys
National Commerical Services office in Trumbull, a
division of Fidelity National Title Group. The office
focuses on the coordination of title insurance and
related real estate services for its customers on a
global basis. Over the past 33 years, Sandie has worked
with major corporations, developers, institutional
investors, and law firms to successfully close their
real estate transactions. Sandie is a member of several
trade organizations including REFA CT where she served
as President of both the Fairfield/Westchester chapter
and the REFA CT Board of Directors.
James Lane is a Vice President in the Commercial Real
Estate Division of Webster Bank. In this capacity, James
is responsible for Webster's commercial real estate
lending activities in Greater Fairfield County (CT).
James has over 10 years' experience in the origination,
negotiation, underwriting and structure of new
construction, rehabilitation, permanent loans and
letters of credit to a diverse real estate clientele.
Prior to joining Webster, James was Vice
President of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce in
Middletown, CT. The Middlesex Chamber is the largest
Chamber of Commerce in CT representing over 2,300 member

chamber's economic development, workforce development,
legislative and insurance activities. James also spent
one year at Salomon Brothers as an analyst on the fixed

James received his B.A. in Economics from Trinity
College, Hartford CT and is President of the Trinity
College Touchdown Club.
He resides in Wilton, CT with his wife Jennifer

Steven Elbaum, a member of
the Robinson & Cole's Real Estate + Development Practice
Group, concentrates his practice on commercial real
estate law. He represents corporations, developers,
municipalities, and international lending institutions
in real estate transactions, financing, leasing, and

related real estate financing. He assists clients with
structuring, negotiating, drafting, and closing real

property transfers, such as helping a large utility
acquire a 520-acre nuclear power plant for $1.3 billion.
He has handled complex financings, including

Jeffrey H. Newman, senior
vice president of Empire State Realty Trust and its
affiliates, directs the leasing, marketing, operations
and financial management of the Greater NY Metropolitan
portfolio of Class-A, multi-tenanted office properties
comprised of 1.8 million square feet within five
different assets. Mr. Newman, age 57, joined
Empire State Realty Trust (formerly Malkin Properties)
in January of 1995, and has more than thirty-two years
of commercial real estate experience.

Newman is a member of the New York State and Connecticut
bars, and formerly served on the Executive Committee to
the Real Estate Section of the Connecticut bar. He
served for several years as central Fairfield County
captain for the University of Pennsylvania's Secondary
School Committee, and continues to serve as a
participant in Penn's Alumni Interview Program for
Fairfield County. He is a licensed New York State real
estate broker, and has also successfully completed
several courses towards a master's degree in Real Estate
Development and Investment at New York University.
