Brian Walsh

Mr.Walsh is Vice President of EagleBridge Capital’s Fairfield, CT office where he is responsible for the origination, underwriting, and placement of debt and equity financing for all types of income-producing properties. Brian is also responsible for developing and maintaining investor and real estate owner relationships.

Prior to joining EagleBridge Capital in 2017, Brian was Assistant Vice President of Client Underwriting at Bank of America where he was responsible for underwriting in excess of $500 million of debt financing for higher-net-worth clients.

Brian is an active volunteer with the Coastal Fairfield County Habitat for Humanity and Special Olympics organizations. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Keene State College.  He is an active member of the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut and Westchester County.



Kelly Trahan

Kelly A. Trahan is counsel in the firm’s Business and Finance and Real Estate groups. She represents clients in the areas of commercial real estate, commercial financing and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial financing and represents national and community banks, insurance companies, pension funds and other lending institutions in structuring and closing complex commercial real estate-based and asset-based financing transactions, including term and construction loan facilities, revolving credit facilities, state and federal tax credit financings, loan sales, participations, co-lending transactions and other types of credit facilities. She has experience in representing lenders in connection with financing for renewable energy projects and U.S. and international investments in natural resource assets, including timber. She also has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, including complex acquisitions and dispositions, sale-leaseback transactions, development and leasing.

Prior to joining the firm, Kelly worked at a large international law firm. She also has experience representing life insurance companies and pension funds in making U.S. and international investments.


Patrick Carino

Patrick Carino handles Acquisitions at RMS Companies – a privately owned, vertically integrated multifamily and hotel development firm headquartered in Stamford, CT. Patrick is responsible for sourcing new opportunities across metropolitan New York and Boston.

Prior to joining RMS, Patrick was a member of CBRE’s New York Institutional Group, where he was involved in the marketing and closing of over $1 billion in investment transactions focused in the Metropolitan New York Tri-State region and second tier cities, primarily in the Eastern United States. Patrick graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2011, majoring in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Economics and a minor in Environmental Economics and Policy. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Connecticut.
